One of our residents got in contact with Scott Baird, the Pinellas County Project Manager for the Whitney Road construction project. The have an expected completion date of March or April 2026. Please be aware that the construction will continue to block the southern entrance of Wolford road until at least March or April of 2026.
Following last year's update to our Declaration of Condominium and Bylaws, we would like to make some changes to our Rules and Regulations to bring them in line with the new documents.
We've decided to publicly post the 2025 proposal document to the website to allow for a period of public discussion and comment.

There have been several car break-ins and thefts in our association and the others surrounding us. Please ensure you lock you car doors and remove any valuables before leaving your vehicle.
Our Beautification, Finance, and Rules & Regulations committees all need members.
